Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Providing therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual clients’ circumstances and preferences.

• Maintaining thorough and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Participating in case consultations and regular peer reviews to continually elevate the standard of care provided to all clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution.

• A valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
