Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation adhering to HIPAA regulations, enabling seamless coordination of care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at continuously enhancing the quality of care delivered to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a LICSW with ProHero Mental Healthcare Center, you will engage with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your clients may face various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services, preferably in a remote or outpatient setting.
