Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LICSW, you will engage in a robust set of responsibilities aimed at improving mental health outcomes. Your day-to-day duties include:

• Performing comprehensive clinical assessments to ascertain clients' mental health needs and establishing targeted treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and solution-focused techniques.

• Delivering psychotherapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual client circumstances.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and clinic policies to ensure confidentiality and continuity of care.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to create a cohesive treatment environment for all clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
