Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources for treatment.

• Engage in delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions leveraging evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop strategic treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals and challenges, assuring they involve distinct interventions aligned with best practices.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans as part of a responsive approach to client care.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to support effective communication and continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
