Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children aged 0-3 years to determine areas of need and to identify appropriate intervention strategies.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that each plan reflects the specific needs and goals of the child and family.

• Monitor and evaluate ongoing outcomes for children receiving services, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve developmental results.

• Provide emotional and psychological support to families, assisting them in navigating challenges associated with their child's disabilities or delays.

• Engage in collaborative meetings with healthcare professionals, therapists, and educators to promote a holistic approach to intervention and support.

• Adhere to all relevant federal and state regulations regarding child welfare and social work practices.

• Establish and maintain rapport with children, families, and colleagues to foster a welcoming and supportive environment conducive to learning and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically focuses on infants and toddlers who may be experiencing developmental challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a Doctorate of Social Work (DSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
