Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client’s unique challenges and strengths in their substance abuse recovery journey.

• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide individual psychotherapy tailored to address both mental health concerns and substance use disorders.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant clinical documentation and client records in line with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and integrated treatment approaches for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults struggling with substance use disorders, including co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
