Work Environment\n

This remote position offers flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to a support team embedded within a detox center environment. Although primarily remote, occasional in-person meetings within the Philadelphia area may be required to participate in team trainings and community engagements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly conduct therapeutic sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment methods to address symptoms of major mental illness and emotional disorders.

• Establish and nurture a trusting rapport with clients, using empathy and active listening to uncover their unique challenges and strengths.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans in coordination with the client, their family, and external service providers, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management, treatment plans, and the progress of clients.

• Conduct brief assessments and screenings to determine immediate needs and appropriately refer clients for more comprehensive evaluations when necessary.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately in client records, adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
