Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and accurate psychosocial assessments to better understand clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and support systems, aiding in the formulation of personalized treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing recognized evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans with specific goals and therapeutic interventions that address the life circumstances and mental health challenges of each client.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure an interdisciplinary approach to client care, focusing on continuity and holistic treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment services in urgent situations, including safety planning to ensure client well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, guiding discussions that encourage participation and sharing among clients to enhance their recovery journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a wide range of clients facing various mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and stress management issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, corresponding to experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus as a welcoming incentive.
