Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health needs, including developmental history and current challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals tailored to each patient's unique circumstances, while integrating evidence-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities to provide ongoing therapy sessions in various formats, including individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress towards therapeutic goals and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support and appropriate referrals to emergency services as required.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, focusing on accuracy to improve continuity of care.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including other mental health practitioners, medical providers, and community organizations to coordinate comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current and active California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
