Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine clients’ mental health concerns and resources available for support.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy in accordance with established evidence-based practices, addressing specific issues related to mental health and end-of-life care.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy, to assist clients in managing their emotions and navigating their circumstances.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, adapting strategies to meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and holistic client care.

• Manage acute crises by providing timely intervention and developing risk assessments and safety plans for high-risk clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support group meetings aimed at educating clients and families about coping strategies and available resources.
