• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, challenges, and resources available to them.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care to provide individualized and group therapy sessions.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect clients' goals and specific needs, modifying them as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with a treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to client wellness.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, perform risk assessments, and create safety plans for clients in crises.
\n
• Document all interactions and interventions thoroughly while adhering to ethical and legal standards to maintain client confidentiality.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to facilitate community support and shared learning among clients.

This role focuses on serving individuals within a hospice setting, addressing a range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues.
