Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct, evidence-based counseling services to students and their families, addressing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns.

• Lead case management efforts, working collaboratively with educational professionals and support staff to create tailored treatment plans that meet the individual needs of clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including assessing risk levels and making determinations for necessary escalations to emergency services if required.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and maintain comprehensive case records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Facilitate workshops and training for school staff on mental health awareness, crisis management, and research-based interventions.

• Stay informed about current safeguarding policies and procedures, actively embedding these guidelines into daily operations while taking the initiative to address any implementation challenges.

• Regularly evaluate service outcomes by collecting feedback from clients and outcomes-based metrics, making recommendations for adjustments to service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will address various issues related to mental health, including but not limited to, substance use/abuse, behavioral challenges, emotional disturbances, and developmental concerns. Qualifications\n

• Educational Credential: Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
