Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices and solution-focused strategies.

• Utilize a variety of evidenced-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other appropriate interventions tailored to client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards.

• Collaborate effectively with mental health professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive patient care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

• Educate and support patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment alternatives, and available community resources.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mental health to integrate new knowledge into therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
