Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at The Forge Recovery Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive client assessments to inform the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on overcoming dependencies and driving positive behavioral changes with evidence-based techniques.
