You will work exclusively with a clientele of stable adults who have been carefully screened prior to booking appointments. Additionally, you will receive unlimited referrals, eliminating the need for marketing efforts on your part.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• The candidate must hold a current and unrestricted License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) which allows for independent practice.

• No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted; candidates must have a clean disciplinary record.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We recognize the value of your expertise and offer a competitive compensation package. The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $104,000, commensurate with available hours worked. Additionally, you will receive a sign-on bonus and weekly direct deposit payments for added financial convenience. Full-time counselors are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, supporting your health and well-being.
