Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gain a deeper understanding of clients' mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, incorporating feedback and progress monitoring for effectiveness.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared healing among clients.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals, contributing to a holistic, client-centered approach to care.

• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary, ensuring our clients feel supported during times of acute distress.

You will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a wide array of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
