Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children’s developmental needs.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) alongside families and multidisciplinary team members.

• Monitor and assess outcomes to ensure progress and effectiveness of interventions provided.

• Deliver emotional and informational support to families, offering strategies and resources tailored to enhance their child's development.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to social work and early intervention services.
\n
• Build strong, rapport-based relationships with children and families, creating a trusting learning environment.
\n
• Create joint care plans with families that incorporate evidence-based practices and natural learning strategies.
\n
• Facilitate coaching sessions and implement teaching strategies within the natural environment to optimize child learning experiences.

• Adhere to health and safety standards to safeguard both staff and clients throughout all service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on children aged birth to three years who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. You will engage with families to tailor your interventions, ensuring that each child receives personalized support in areas vital for their growth, such as cognitive, physical, and emotional development. The goal is to help children reach crucial developmental milestones in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
