Our Community Health Clinic serves as a central hub for delivering integrated care and connecting families with essential resources.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children's developmental progress, identifying areas of need and strength.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaboratively crafting strategies tailored to each child's unique situation.

• Monitor outcomes as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective communication and sharing of insights to support the holistic growth of our young clients.
\n
• Provide emotional and educational support to families, equipping them with strategies and knowledge that enhance their child's development.
\n
• Administer evaluations with a focus on using evidence-based practices while adhering to all federal and state regulations.
\n
• Establish and nurture trusting relationships with children and their families to create a safe, engaging learning environment.
\n
• Employ coaching models and natural environment teaching techniques to maximize learning opportunities.
\n
• Regularly review and adjust service frequency in accordance with child development milestones and family priorities.

This role primarily focuses on early intervention services for infants and toddlers, helping them develop essential skills across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. The population served includes families from diverse backgrounds who may face unique challenges, enabling you to make a significant impact on their quality of life and developmental trajectory.

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida is required.

• A valid driver's license is necessary for travel to families when required.

\n
• Ability to adapt approaches to meet varied learning styles, effectively engaging each child and family.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently.
