Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children with developmental delays.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring tailored approaches to each child's needs.
\n
• Monitor and assess outcomes as a key member of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to ongoing care strategies.
\n
• Provide guidance and support to families, equipping them with skills and strategies to foster their child’s growth and development.
\n
• Administer evaluations while complying with all federal and state regulations relevant to child social work.
\n
• Establish strong rapport with children, families, and colleagues to promote a nurturing and productive environment.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Practices to inform your approach to therapy.
\n
• Implement IFSPs for enrolled families and recommend service frequency based on ongoing assessments of child development and family concerns.

• Maintain rigorous health and safety standards to ensure both client and staff wellbeing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on serving children with disabilities or developmental delays, along with their families. You will engage with diverse populations, including low-income families, ensuring equal access and opportunity for children to thrive during their formative years. The emphasis is on the youngest among us, making every interaction vital in supporting their development both socially and emotionally.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license to facilitate training and community outreach.

• Confident in adapting your therapeutic approach to meet the specific learning styles and needs of each child.

• Proficient in both verbal and written communication to effectively collaborate with families and health professionals.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
