Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand students' mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges, creating a foundation for effective treatment.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set clear goals and tailored interventions to support each student's growth.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with educational staff, psychologists, and psychiatrists to ensure holistic and coordinated care for students.

• Provide crisis intervention services and risk assessments, preparing safety plans for students in need of immediate support.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records that comply with ethical and legal standards, ensuring quality care documentation.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups while actively participating in ongoing team meetings and case reviews to discuss best practices.

This role primarily supports a diverse group of students facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado.

• Minimum of two years experience working in a mental health setting, preferably with children and adolescents in outpatient or school environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
