Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Retreat Behavioral Counseling Center, you will play a vital role in enhancing the mental health and wellbeing of students through various critical functions, including:

• Collaborating with educational personnel to formulate and implement positive behavior support plans that are tailored to individual student needs.

• Actively engaging in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest quality standards in service delivery.

• Serving as a liaison between clients, families, and various service systems, including state agencies and community organizations.

• Facilitating communication channels to ensure cohesive teamwork and adherence to contractual obligations while promoting our mission within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-age children and adolescents facing a variety of challenges, including mental health disorders, relational issues, and environmental stressors. You will work closely with families, educators, and other professionals to create a supportive framework that enables students to engage fully in their educational experiences.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) obtained from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of supervised clinical experience that has prepared them for this role.
