Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine client mental health needs and guide treatment planning.

• Create tailored and evidence-based treatment plans that reflect individual client goals and preferences.

• Deliver high-quality counseling and therapy services in both individual and group settings, applying a range of therapeutic modalities.

• Document client interactions accurately, maintaining comprehensive progress notes in accordance with ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare and mental health professionals to coordinate care, ensuring integrated support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes a broad spectrum of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. We see clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties. Experience working with specific populations will be considered a plus, allowing you to contribute more effectively to tailored treatment offerings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

• Proven ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a remote team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a sign-on bonus, our benefits package includes:
