Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.

• Implement therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress in compliance with state licensure requirements.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure holistic support for clients' mental health needs.

• Provide crisis intervention support as needed, utilizing your clinical expertise to assess risk factors and develop immediate strategies to support clients.

Qualifications\n
