Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately identify clients' mental health issues, forming the basis for individualized treatment plans.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs, personal goals, and challenges, involving evidence-based methodologies.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing proven therapeutic techniques to engage clients actively and foster progress.

• Regularly collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies for integrated mental health care and referring clients for additional services as needed.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients’ families, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process and recovery journey.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment interventions, in compliance with relevant ethical and legal standards.

Your work will primarily involve serving a diverse range of clients seeking support for various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clinic embraces a culturally competent approach, allowing you to work with individuals from various backgrounds and to enhance your skills in addressing their specific experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Strong foundation in mental health counseling principles, with demonstrated experience in applying evidence-based practices.

• Excellent ability to build therapeutic rapport with clients and inspire motivation throughout their recovery process.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for successful collaboration within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy in a community health setting is highly desirable.
