Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Superior Radiance, you will primarily work with adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, particularly those with co-occurring medical conditions such as chronic illness or disabilities. Your role is critical in helping these individuals navigate their emotional and psychological hurdles while considering their overall health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapeutic support to individuals managing co-occurring medical and mental health conditions.
