Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans that may include pre-crisis and crisis plans, positive behavior support plans, and medication treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation that adheres to regulatory standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as outlined by the clinical team to enhance patient assessment and care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized positive behavior support plans tailored to each patient's needs.

• Serve as a critical liaison connecting clients with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to improve access to care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Current LMHC License issued by the state board is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 52,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
