Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting therapy sessions primarily through telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in every engagement.

• Completing comprehensive intake evaluations to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that promote mental health and well-being.

• Providing ongoing mental health support, including crisis intervention and referrals to other community resources as needed.
\n
• Maintaining meticulous and accurate client records in accordance with state and federal guidelines, contributing to a compliant and efficient practice.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies tailored to individual patient needs, fostering a recovering-focused approach.

• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss best practices, share insights, and continue professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families, who are facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
