Work Environment\n

This role will operate primarily in a remote work setting but will involve interaction with clients in an outpatient office facility, allowing for flexible scheduling and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic techniques to meet diverse client needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to thoroughly understand clients' strengths, challenges, and specific treatment goals, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Create, implement, and adjust evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client, actively integrating feedback from clients and their families.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, medical professionals, and community organizations, to facilitate coordinated care and improve client outcomes.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately and promptly, adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current full licensure to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proven ability to make sound professional evaluations and treatment recommendations based on clients' assessments.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine ability to empathize with clients and create a therapeutic alliance.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other relevant technological tools.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in providing mental health therapy is preferred.

• Experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with various treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The position offers a competitive salary range between USD 52,000 and 70,000 per year , commensurate with experience and caseload.
