Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability and empathy while working with a varied client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Must hold a valid, full license that permits independent practice as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). No limited/provisional licenses will be considered .

• Strong professional judgment and the capacity to evaluate client needs effectively while recommending appropriate treatment options.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for empathetic engagement with clients and collaboration with team members.

• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and software, essential for maintaining a virtual practice.
