The clients you will serve at Wellqor have been pre-screened and are characterized by their stability and low acuity. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license is essential for this role. Note that we cannot accept applications from interns or therapists requiring supervision.

• The successful candidate must demonstrate independence in managing client schedules and case management, alongside excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• It is critical that there are no disciplinary actions on your professional license.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health setting or telehealth is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Wellqor offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually for full-time counselors. In addition to a strong salary, counselors in this role are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, allowing you to secure the medical insurance that best meets your needs. The fully remote nature of the position provides flexibility in your schedule, empowering you to balance work and personal commitments seamlessly.
