Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status through virtual consultations, using structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and client feedback to effectively address presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Engage clients in regular therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to facilitate their healing journey.

• Provide continuous support and guidance, equipping clients with the necessary skills and resources to manage their mental health challenges and achieve their personal goals.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care and references for clients requiring additional services.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHRs) in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure continuity of care and proper documentation.

• Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings to discuss treatment outcomes and refine therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
