Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized individual therapy sessions that focus on client needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to assess and treat mental health challenges.

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses through comprehensive patient assessments and collaborate with fellow clinicians to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate potential family, marriage, and/or group counseling sessions, adapting your approach based on your expertise and the specific needs of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, along with eligibility for licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Valid licensure in your area of specialization (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is required.

• Strong understanding of current mental health principles, methods, and techniques related to individual and family counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience providing therapy to individuals with mental and behavioral health challenges, including experience with co-occurring disorders treatment and substance abuse.

Our competitive compensation package offers an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, alongside opportunities for professional growth and development.
