Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic practices across diverse client populations.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and treatment goals, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.

• Develop, implement, and manage clear, structured treatment plans that address the specific requirements of each client, utilizing interventions aligned with best practices.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including social workers, medical providers, and community organizations to coordinate care and optimize outcomes for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment interventions, and progress notes, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with clients from various backgrounds, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. Your therapeutic skills will be essential in addressing a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other life stressors. Your ability to create a safe and supportive environment will facilitate open communication and effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: You must possess a valid license that allows you to practice independently in your state without supervision. Acceptable licenses include:
