Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s needs.

• Develop and implement treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ psychological and emotional well-being.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with colleagues and supervisors to discuss client progress and challenges.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in mental health.

• Advocate for client needs and connect them with community resources and support systems to promote their recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families in an outpatient or community health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year for this full-time position, which reflects your qualifications and experience in the field.
