Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and supportive individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, focusing on a wide array of behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning skills.

• Create, implement, and revise personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals and circumstances, ensuring measurable progress towards their aspirations.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in accordance with clinic protocols and healthcare regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to deliver holistic care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Stay abreast of current best practices in behavioral health by engaging in continuous education and professional development activities.

• Independently manage a caseload while triaging tasks to maintain high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population of adolescents and young adults, ages 12 to 25, facing various psychological and emotional challenges. This engaging demographic requires a counselor who can adapt their therapeutic methods to effectively connect with and support younger clients while addressing issues like academic stress, social dynamics, and family relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Possession of an active and valid professional license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of Oregon in good standing.

• Demonstrated ability to establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients and facilitate meaningful discussions that lead to progress.

• Strong clinical skills, with a focus on evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
