Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs, including the identification of suitable diagnoses and the development of treatment objectives.

• Implement effective interventions for diverse mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and interpersonal conflicts in various contexts (individual, couples, family, or group therapy).

• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, including assessment reports and progress notes, in line with legal and ethical mandates.

• Create and manage a structured treatment plan for each client, ensuring ongoing evaluation and adjustment as required, in consultation with other healthcare providers.

• Provide case management support, facilitating triage, referrals, and communications with family members and outside agencies to ensure holistic patient care.

• Offer professional insight to fellow providers regarding treatment strategies and collaborate on complex cases to enhance treatment efficiency and efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid independent license as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC within the state of Oregon or other applicable state.
