Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the mental health needs of your clients and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Maintain compliance with Oregon state licensing requirements, including holding a current LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license.

• Utilize electronic medical records effectively to document client interactions, track progress, and communicate essential updates to the treatment team.

• Participate in team meetings and collaborative care sessions to ensure comprehensive support for clients' needs.

• Provide ongoing support and resources to clients facing financial or social challenges related to their mental health.

• Engage in professional development to stay informed about emerging therapeutic techniques and ethical practices.

• Adhere strictly to policies and procedures set forth by Mind Saver, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

• Manage a high caseload efficiently and effectively by prioritizing tasks and seeking assistance as needed to maintain the best standards of service.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on adolescents and young adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will be responsible for not only providing clinical interventions but also for creating a supportive and empathetic environment that encourages clients to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an independent mental health license in Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).

• Proven organization and time management skills, with the ability to handle a diverse caseload and prioritize effectively.

• A strong commitment to ethical clinical practice and achieving positive client outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth or remote counseling setting is favored but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
