Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gain insights into clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other best practices.

• Work collaboratively with a broad network of mental health professionals—including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists—to deliver comprehensive care and promote optimal client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans while adhering to organizational policies and HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy.

• Engage actively in clinical supervision and ongoing training opportunities to continually refine your therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

• Uphold ethical standards and prioritize maintaining client confidentiality in all interactions and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC role will engage with a diverse client group, including adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Health Aura Therapy Center PLLC offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, based on your caseload and experience.
