Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will specifically focus on supporting Black birthing families, using culturally relevant and affirmative approaches to address their unique mental health needs. Our aim is to promote the well-being of these families by providing empathetic and knowledgeable counseling, ensuring a safe and validating space for their experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Must possess an active license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Strong interpersonal skills with a capacity to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and seek assistance when necessary to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

• Experience working with birthing individuals and families within a community or clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Flores Behavioral Health Services offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, dependent on your caseload and experience.
