Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and craft individualized treatment plans that cater to their specific circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is mandatory.

• Strong ability to deliver telehealth services effectively using digital platforms for therapy.

• Proficiency with technology, particularly in using tools such as Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients, peers, and administrative staff.

• Professional demeanor and presentation, combined with a warm and empathetic approach to client engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.
