Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via secure video conferencing to improve their mental health and emotional well-being.

• Facilitate discussions for clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences, enabling them to gain insight and better understand their relationships.

• Act as an advocate for clients by helping them to set and achieve personalized treatment goals tailored to their unique situations.

• Assess clients' mental health needs and create comprehensive treatment plans, utilizing a solution-focused methodology aligned with your clinical expertise.

• Maintain clear documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with professional and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients who are pre-screened, stable, and present lower acuity levels, ensuring that your focus remains on empowering individuals with personalized strategies to enhance their coping skills and resilience. Our diverse client base includes individuals from various backgrounds seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

• An active and independent license issued by the state board, including either LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW; provisional or limited licenses are not eligible.

• Proficient ability to conduct mental health assessments, formulate treatment recommendations, and implement effective interventions based on your clinical judgment.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong computer literacy and comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic record-keeping systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While diverse clinical experience is appreciated, preference will be given to candidates with a strong background in telehealth, trauma-informed care, or specific therapeutic modalities that align with our clients' needs. Experience in working with a variety of populations, including children, couples, and underserved communities, is highly desirable.
