Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy services including one-on-one, family, and group therapy sessions with a focus on the holistic health of the client.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and continuous evaluations to gauge clients’ progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients that address their unique needs and objectives, regularly following up to monitor advancements.

• Engage actively with the multidisciplinary team to contribute insights and recommendations that enhance the overall treatment approach for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions while minimizing paperwork to prioritize client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals dealing with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Must possess a current, valid license in good standing as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including tuberculosis screening, background check (encompassing criminal and driving records), drug screening, and reference checks.

Preferred Experience\n

While we encourage applications from candidates with varying levels of experience, preference will be given to those with a background specifically working with substance abuse and mental health issues. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and an understanding of the multidisciplinary approach to treatment will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, which reflects our commitment to valuing our team members for their expertise.
