Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans that may include therapy, psychoeducation, and community resource referrals.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions using various modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate support and psychoeducational groups, creating a safe space for patients to discuss their experiences and learn coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to provide integrated care and coordinate treatment approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention support, guiding patients through immediate challenges and connecting them with appropriate resources.

• Communicate effectively with patients about their conditions and engage them in their treatment plans, promoting awareness and understanding of mental health issues.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying current with best practices, research insights, and industry advancements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
