Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for clients via video calls to ascertain their mental health needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Provide ongoing support, advice, and education to clients regarding mental health issues, coping strategies, and decision-making techniques.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to diagnose and treat a range of emotional and mental disorders, such as anxiety, depression, grief, and stress-related conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily consists of stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health challenges. Clients are pre-screened to ensure they are a good fit for remote therapeutic services. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using telehealth technology and software.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing teletherapy or virtual mental health services is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to USD 140,000 annually, dependent on hours committed and caseload management. Additionally, full-time therapists are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, and a significant sign-on bonus is available to qualified candidates.
