Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans. You will engage in a combination of outpatient therapy sessions focusing on individual, couples, family, or group formats.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to client-specific challenges and goals. Responsibilities include therapy sessions, progress evaluations, ongoing adjustments to treatment plans, and documentation in accordance with state regulations and NCQA standards.

• Collaborate closely with a team of psychiatrists, physicians, and allied health professionals to ensure that clients receive holistic care, particularly when evaluating the need for psychotropic medications.

• Facilitate communication and understanding with clients’ families, providing education on therapeutic processes and how to support treatment adherence.

• Supervise and mentor Post Masters Fellows and other associate level clinicians, elevating the standard of care through sharing expertise in best practices and supervision methodologies.

• Participate in staff meetings to contribute insights on treatment efficacy and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will consist of diverse clients, including adults and children facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will leverage your skills in crisis intervention and supportive therapy, ensuring that each patient feels understood and empowered throughout their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited university.

• Active state licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, particularly in outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
