Work Environment\n

This position allows for a remote working arrangement, enabling our counselors to maintain a healthy work-life balance while serving clients from the comfort of their own home. Our counselors work Monday to Friday during standard business hours, specifically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In this remote setting, you will benefit from administrative support, including assistance with referrals and coordination of care, allowing you to focus solely on your clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions with clients to address their specific mental health challenges, using customized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively manage conditions such as anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.

• Document all aspects of client interactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records of client progress, treatment decisions, and outcomes.

• Offer guidance, support, and resources that empower clients in their personal development and recovery journey.

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Well of Life Counseling, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges. Clients often seek help for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• An active LPCC license in the state of California, valid for practice.

• A minimum of two years of proven experience in clinical counseling or a similar role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in telehealth technologies and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
