Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies, adapted to various settings including individual, family, and group therapy.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular consultation with other professionals within the organization to enhance client care and therapeutic outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives, remaining informed on the latest mental health research and best practices to continuously improve service provision.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve diverse populations experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our community health clinic setting allows you to provide vital support to individuals and families with limited access to mental health resources, ultimately fostering positive change in their lives and the overall community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California is essential.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical setting.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards pertinent to mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The position offers an annual salary of USD 120,000 – 140,000, alongside a competitive sign-on bonus of USD 3,000 to welcome you aboard.
