Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPCC at Mind Cache Clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a variety of clinical tasks, including:

• Maintaining an active caseload of clients while establishing a rapport that fosters trust and therapeutic relationships.

• Conducting regular evaluation sessions to monitor progress and stability, discussing upcoming appointments, and providing recommendations for discharge when appropriate.

• Crafting personalized treatment plans that are person-centered and tailored to each client’s unique needs, implementing and adapting as necessary to ensure effective care.

• Documenting clinical information and maintaining progress notes to support compliance with best practices and legal standards.

• Executing comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and ensure appropriate treatment strategies.

• Engaging in weekly individual therapy sessions to provide direct support and therapy for clients, maintaining an empathetic and ethical approach.

• Participating in regular individual supervision, receiving feedback and support to enhance your clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
