This position is primarily remote, offering the flexibility to work from your preferred location, while occasionally engaging in in-office interactions at our Elk Grove, California outpatient facility as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver effective psychotherapy services to clients via telehealth, in-person visits, or a combination of both formats, ensuring access to care that suits client preferences.

• Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation for all client interactions, adhering to best practices in psychotherapy guidelines and confidentiality.

• Actively work towards building a caseload of 15-35 additional clients, utilizing marketing strategies and community connections to attract a diverse clientele.

• Engage in regular supervision and clinical case review sessions to enhance therapeutic practice and stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
