Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPCC at Woodcrest Wellness Oasis, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and tailor appropriate treatment plans.

• Documenting patient progress meticulously within electronic health records to ensure continuity of care and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Monitoring client outcomes in collaboration with fellow team members to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment strategies.

• Participating actively in case conferences and treatment team meetings, sharing insights and best practices to enhance patient care.

• Facilitating therapeutic activities, including group therapy sessions and recreational therapies, designed to foster emotional healing and personal growth.

• Employing a coaching model and natural environment teaching methodology to empower clients in their journey of recovery.

Qualifications\n
